Order and Shipping Processing
- All prices listed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and charged in Malaysian Ringgit. For international customers, the exchange rate that you will pay is determined by your own local bank that issues your bank cards and accounts.
- Please allow 2 to 3 business days for order processing and verification.
- In the event of a payment authorisation failure, we will notify you through e-mail about the issue.
- For customers who wish to pay for their order using PayPal, kindly note that items can only be shipped to the PayPal registered address that is selected at the time of payment.
- For customers who wish to pay for their order using online bank transfer, e-wallets, and bank cards via the iPay88 payment gateway, you may have a shipping address that is different from your billing address. However, kindly note that we cannot ship items to P.O. Box addresses.
- All orders are packed in and shipped from Malaysia on our business days.
- Shipping tracking information will be provided through e-mail once the package has been shipped out.
- As we do not collect any taxes, custom duties and all other related import charges during the checkout process, these fees may be charged once the package has reached the destination country and they must be paid for by the customer or the recipient of the package. As customs policies vary by country, these fees are individually determined by your local customs. We suggest consulting your local customs/post office or researching online to get an estimate on the amount you may be required to pay before placing an order with us. Please include correct telephone contact information in your order form to ensure your local customs can get in touch with you in case a customs issue arises.
