Do you like elephants? Sabah is home to the smallest and arguably cutest subspecies in the world, the gentle Borneo pygmies. Unfortunately these little guys are an endangered species with only an estimated 1,500 individuals remaining in the wild. Count yourself lucky if you managed to spot them during a jungle trek or a boat ride along our Kinabatangan river in the Sandakan Division.
